1. Data controller
pulseDev is responsible for the personal data you provide through this website. You can reach us at info@pulsedev.es.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily send us through the contact form: name, email address, company (optional), service of interest, estimated budget, and the content of your message.
3. How we use it and legal basis
We use your data solely to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a)).
We do not use your data to send you advertising, and we never sell or share it with third parties.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your message for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. If no business relationship follows, we delete it within 12 months at the latest.
5. Service providers involved
Contact form messages are sent through Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which acts as a data processor: it receives the message and forwards it to our inbox. Web3Forms may process technical data such as your IP address to filter automated (spam) submissions. Our email provider stores the message in our inbox.
6. Cookies
This website does not use cookies: no analytics, advertising, or third-party cookies.
7. Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, at any time by writing to info@pulsedev.es. Where you have given consent, you may withdraw it whenever you like.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in Portugal is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (cnpd.pt).
